Year One had a fantastic inspirational day on Wednesday. The children arrived at school with their suitcases ready to begin their trip to China. Once they had decided what to pack and created their passports they were ready to collect their bags and head through passport control. 

There was great excitement as they boarded the plane and after a short safety video it was time for take-off.  The children enjoyed some in flight entertainment and a snack before coming in to land.

 Our first stop on our trip is China where we will be comparing our lives to children who live in Beijing. The children were accompanied by the "flying team" who took turns in piloting the plane and looking after the passengers.
